Why I Want to Be a Registered Nurse

I am writing to apply for the internship as a registered nurse at your hospital. I am a senior in college and will be graduating in May with a degree in nursing. I have always wanted to help people and make a difference in their lives. When I was younger, I wanted to be a doctor, but after shadowing a doctor and seeing how much paperwork they had to do, I decided that nursing was the right career for me. I want to be a registered nurse because I want to make a difference in the lives of my patients.
4. Skills and experience
I have experience working as a nurse assistant in an acute care setting. This experience has given me the opportunity to work with different types of patients and to develop my clinical skills.
